Here you can see my first ever attempt in trying to produce an animated sequence of lettering to give the impression that my character has written a profile about him. I decided that I wanted to use a font type that would give the impression on a school child’s handwriting as if he has written it himself using a crayon of some sort. The font type in which I used was Bradley hand ITC I felt this was perfect for a school child.
Throughout animation designing I used a program called flash. This allowed me to create separate layers in which to work upon for each individual word. Firstly I had to create a layer for my background which is the paper and desk where the words will appear to be writing on. To keep the background running through the whole animation I had to extend the layer and stretch it right across the animation until the end of the last layer of animation. Secondly after each animated word and sentence I needed a short break for either a space representing a breathe between words or a longer rest between each sentence animated to give my character time in which to talk about the subject as a voice over on top of my animation eventually.
